Do you contact tenants directly?

Yes. With your authorisation, we arrange access directly with the tenant and keep you updated at each stage.

How is pricing structured?

Every job gets a fixed quote before work starts. Larger jobs are quoted with photos so it's clear exactly what's involved.

Can you add us as a supplier in our system?

Yes. We can provide our QBCC licence, ABN, public liability certificate of currency and WHS policy so you can add us to your supplier list.
